Similar issue, but I'm not seeing "signatures" or any options when I click "preferences"

I want to edit my signatures on my email. I click on the "Mail" dropdown, then click "preferences"... but only a separate window titled "accounts" pops up... and it is blank. There is nothing to select afterward. see pictures attached.

Mail Signatures MAIL PREFERENCES box is blank, no options. When I go to MAIL PREFERENCES to edit my signature, the pulldown box is blank, with no options. I've tried many options and have not been able to correct this error. Please help get beyond this problem. Thank you!

signature drop down menu compose mail window is missing Hi, when composing a new mail, I can't choose a signature although these are defined for the account, because the menu in the window is missing. This is an old issue, but I haven't the time before to find a solution. I already deleted all the plist files and my whole email setting but noting help. There is still no menu. The default signature comes up, so this at least shows, there is a signature. Thanks Leif
