my iPad is disabled from wrong passcodes. How can I unlock without a computer

i have had the iPad for 8 years or so. One night someone kept hacking in so I changed the passcode a few times. Now it won’t take none of mine. I’m so upset. It went blank so I thought it crashed and removed it from my account. It came back on.
Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center with the iPad. Seek assistance there - they will use a computer to assist you in the process.
I have already picked out a renewed one at amazon anyway
