Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

Really I didn’t know if I don’t delete the purchase before the free days it consider done and secondly my iCloud mail was closed and I didn’t n’t use these apps if u can refund me the call recorder only I ll be thankful

? You knew that these were user forums before you posted on here, so you knew you were only talking to fellow users. You don't like people giving you details about how to contact iTunes Support so that you could ask for a refund ?
