i have been trying to solve this problem for a week. On my Mac photos library, i have 29k photos, however on iCloud, i have 10k. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect iCloud on my Mac however the photos won’t upload. How would I get the remaining photos to upload to iCloud?
It is a very very slow process and everytime you disconnect and connect again, it starts all over again. Leave it for a longer time and see what happens
