iPhone X bluetooth stops working after 15 mins

My iPhone X will not stay bluetooth connected with my hearing aids or headphones for my than 10-15 minutes. I have even replaced my hearing aids, rebooted my pone reinstalled my devices, no luck of course my phone is now out of warranty.

Now thinking its time to try another brand of phone my iPhone 5 was awesome but the 6 and now the X not so good and way too expensive to replace every year!!!!!

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated
