Music only in iCloud

Hi

I re installed OSX Mojave, but I forgot to take a copy of my iTunes library file in Music folder. When I launch iTines now, it has found my iCloud iTunes Match, ie what playlists and music I have. But I thinks all my music is on iCloud. I have local copies of all my music on an external drive - as a lot of the music is higher quality than apples.

Anyway, when I play music in iTunes its streaming it from my iTunes mach iCloud. I have pointed iTunes to my Music in preferences, but it still shows the cloud with an arrow(download) next to each song and doesn't seem to link the song to the local copy on my external drive.

Any ideas how to get round this?

Thanks :)
