Good

Afternoon,

I am trying to use the migration assistant tool to backup my

data from my pc and put it onto my mac. is there a way to use this tool without

a network connection? for whatever reason i cannot get the two machines to

connect. is there documentation on how to put the info from my pc to a share

drive or external drive then load it onto my mac? any information would be

great. my pc is running windows 10 and my mac is running High Sierra.

Move your data from a Windows PC to your Mac - Apple Support

If you can't get the two computers to communicate you could attach an external drive to your PC, copy the data to the external drive, connect the drive to your Mac, copy the files from the external drive to your Mac.
