Deleted photos

I just accidentally deleted over 13,000 photos from my iCloud because I didn’t realize deleting them from my computer would erase them from my phone. How do I recover these. I work from my phone as a social marketer and NEED those photos. Do I have to just restore my phone from my old phone to at least get some of them or can I get the 5000 from this last 3 months of having my XR?
