Unexpected iTunes charges

I keep getting charges for a month of Apple Music when I haven’t had an Apple Music subscription since late October 2018 and I still don’t have my Apple Music at the least to day, is there any way to at least cancel it because when I try to it all it said was “expired” on my subscriptions
