Cannot reload Microsoft 365

The message : This software requires macOS version 10.12.0 or later. My system tells me no new updates. I updated last week.

How do I get the "macOS version 10.12.0 or later"?

In the App Store search for "macOS". This will provide you with the latest version of macOS your system is able to upgrade at this time.
