Apple Store gift cards can only be used in Apple's shops and their online store, you cannot redeem them onto an iTunes account - you will get an error message if you try to do that.

And you shouldn't post images containing your email address on a public forum.

Help yo with what, why can't you use it ?

What does 'it doesn't working' mean ? Have you redeemed the card onto the account ? What happens when you try to buy something ?
