Unexpected performance - swiping up on screen not working

I have experienced the line at the bottom of the phone not appearing. As well as trying to swipe up to go to home but it’s not working. Recently, as I try to close all the apps. Swiping up is not working. Have you expected this kind of issue? My phone model is the iphone X and with 256gb so I don’t think the memory space is the issue.
