Charged 2 times for iTunes music

I need My money back was charged twice for apple iTunes. It was only the $9.99 not the $11.99

If you think you've been charged twice for the same thing contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
