Apple And iTunes Accounts

My apple ID and iTunes have been disabled and not for security reasons. When I try to add payment methods it said my accounts have been disabled. What do I do?

You do this and contact iTunes Support: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
