Force Touch Screen not responding

I have a relatively new Apple Watch 4. All of a sudden, I got a screen that said "Sorry, could you say that again?" and the screen became unresponsive to touch. I tried to turn off the Watch, but I can't slide the off switch on the screen. Any suggestions?

Somehow you activated SIRI. Just reset your watch by pressing in both the crown and side button (together) until you see the Apple logo, then release both buttons.
