iPad
My iPad is saying software up to date but it’s ios 9.3.5 which is not the latest. How do I get it to update to the latest iOS?
You either have an iPad 2 or iPad 3, which cannot be updated beyond iOS 9.3.5. Those devices are too old, too under powered and completely incapable of running the 64 bit architecture required for the newer iOS levels. If you need the newer iOS levels, it's time to buy a new iPad.
