I been having problems with my AppStore, I can’t updates any of my apps. It keeps telling to verify my billing address and I did it it keep telling me to do it again and again. I don’t know what is going on,

The address and billing details are accepted ? If they are, have you tried logging out of the account in the App Store app, closing the app via the phone's taskbar, rebooting the phone, and re-trying ?
