Apple Push Notification Service certificiates

I have iPhones/iPads but do not have a Mac (and thus have zero Mac server administration tools).

I cannot figure out where I should go/what I should do to fix this situation:

The following Apple Push Notification Service certificates, created for AppleID XXXXXXXXXX will expire on July 26, 2019. You can renew your certificates with your Mac server administration tools.

Are these devices you currently use or have ever used for your work?

Are these devices second-hand purchases?

Does this happen on all your devices?

Is the AppleID mentioned yours, one you recognise or one you've never seen before?

I did use it three years ago at my large company but now I am retired.

I bought this iPhone new and it is indeed my own Apple ID.

I’m guessing it might be related to my previous employment? And I should not worry?
