Face ID Not Working

Since earlier today, my Face ID hasn’t been working. I restarted my phone and nothing happened. I restarted Face ID and tried to set it up again but it wouldn’t recognize my face and gave the message, “Face ID is not available. Try again later.” No matter how many times I try, it won’t work. I also tested to see if it would recognize my face with Animoji and that worked just fine, so there are no problems with the camera. How do I get my Face ID to recognize my face?
