My iPhone 6plus is missing one app in the device "Video app" or mistakenly Deleted... How can i fix or find Video app back on my Device?

If you are updated to iOS 12, there is no Video App. Instead you will use the TV App.
With iOS 12.3 the "Videos" app got replaced / renamed "TV". There is also a new icon for it. If you deleted that, you can re-download the app for free in the App Store.
How can I fix or find Video app back on my device?
