Cannot Reset Security Questions

Hello,

I am trying to login to my Apple ID. I do remember my password, but forgot my security questions. Now it is not letting me login. I get the message:

We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.

I followed the article and went on iforgot.apple.com, but it is still not allowing me to login. Can some one please help me. I guess, I can create a new ID, but that would really suck because I would lose a lot of my purchases.

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

You need to contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here and pick a method; if you can't use any of the ones listed, fill out and submit this form.

Hi Neil,

Thank you for the quick response. I tried the first method before creating the post, but that did not work. I then tried to submit this form but I get a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable after I submit the question. I guess I can try later.

I noticed the URL you gave me is:

Is there a form like this for the North America ?
