Apple Watch photos

I changed the album do photos to be displayed on my watch with my iPhone but the photos on my watch is stuck in a loop after downloading only 5 ( of 75 and set to upload up to 10 in settings ), I have restarted my watch twice .

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 5

Finally completed upload after two days , problem solved

Should have read set to upload 100 not 10 which I mistyped
