i just got a iphone 6s it is like frozen on one screen says iphone disabled connect to itunes i did so still will not move from screen will not turn off or anything

Follow the instructions here, If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support for a disabled phone.
