New iPad Pro Stuck on Apple Logo

I bought my iPad Pro 11 inch yesterday and while it was setting up, it restarted and is now stuck on the Apple logo.


A hard reset with the buttons will not work for me. My Windows PC doesn't have a proper USB port to connect my iPad to so I can restore it, either.


Is there any solution to this? Thanks.
