I’m trying to download an app and it says that my account was disabled in the App Store and iTunes how do I fix this?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
