iCloud not working

I bought a second hand iPhone 6 and I’m trying to log in to my iCloud but it’s displaying “The maximum number of accounts have been activated on this iPhone”... what can I do about this?

Create a new ID (if necessary) and sign into iCloud using the same Apple ID on another Apple device/computer. You should then be able to sign in.
