You can restore them from an iCloud or iTunes backup you created when they were still on your phone.
If you were syncing them with Messages in iCloud, they are gone.
The only way to restore a deleted text message is to restore the phone to a backup that was made when the text message was on the phone. No backup, no recovery.
I did figure that out, but how do you do it. I appreciate your help. I had some dates in my messages that are really important to me!
