Unable to find Videos built-in application

Hi Team,

I am not able to find default built in videos app in the app list.

Earlier I was able to view this video app and I was able to view videos which were transferred from laptop to this apple mobile.

Now I am not able to view this video app.

My iOS version is 12.3.1

Please help.
