How do I unlock his I pad because he forgot his password on his lock screen!
For a passcode lock you have two options. You can log in at icloud.com/find or on any iOS device Find my iPhone app. If this device shows as online, tap erase>tap remove from account.
If the device does not show as being 'online', you'll need to connect it to a computer using iTunes and restore it. To put the device in recovery mode, press and hold the power and home buttons together until you see the iTunes logo on the screen.
