Apple Watch series 3
I’m trying to buy a used Apple Watch but it’s cellular and I just need the WiFi and Bluetooth, so is it possible to just use Bluetooth and WiFi and not pay for cellular even though the watch has it?

An Apple Watch without WiFi will do everything that a cellular activated model can do, as long as your Apple Watch is nearby.
If an GPS only model is available in the styles you like, it will be cheaper. But there are some models that only come with Cellular.
