I have a Apple Watch series 4, and I put it on the swim workout, made sure the water resistant was on, and when in the pool for about a hour and a half. I put my water resistant off, and now my watch sound is muffled. My notifications are more quite than they use to be. How do I fix it?

Make sure you have thoroughly expelled any water remaining in the watch by turning the crown in an upward motion. Also look to see if the microphone is clean.

In addition to y earlier post I suggest you go to your Watch Settings and check "Sound and Haptics" and make sure the Volume slider is maximized.
