"Check your heart rate on Apple Watch - Apple Support is an excerpt from the Apple Watch User Guide. It states:

About Irregular Rhythm Notifications (not available in all regions)

You can now receive a notification if Apple Watch has identified an irregular heart rhythm that appears to be atrial fibrillation (AFib). This feature is available on Apple Watch Series 1 or later with watchOS 5.1.2 or later. For more information about Irregular Rhythm Notifications, see the Apple Support article Heart rate notifications on your Apple Watch, and the document Instructions for Use: Irregular Rhythm Notification Feature."

It also contains the previous link which I mentioned. You should be able to find it using those instructions, if you meet the version/region requirements.

Edit: IMHO, this article also incorrectly implies/states: This feature is available on Apple Watch Series 1 or later with watchOS 5.1.2 or later. It should state that the AFib feature applies to the Apple Series 4 Watch with watchOS 5.1.2 or later.
