Login to your Apple ID with a computer/browser to check your password, then look at the devices connected to the account. If the watch is listed remove it from the account to clear the Activation Lock and start from a clean watch. If the watch is not listed you might have connected to a different Apple ID.
ok . It’s telling me my password is not correct. But I’m writing to you now sign in to my iCloud so it makes no sense
It also says this Apple ID. Can not unlock it . But it was made with my apple id
