Need help with a bought Iphone
I need help unlocking this Iphone that I bought second hand. Ive contacted the owner and its been 2 months and still no response. There is an activation lock and i was essentially scammed for $255.

You are correct, you were scammed. They haven't, and will never respond because they sold you a stolen phone.
We fellow users cannot help you. Apple will not help you unlock the device. All you can do with it is properly dispose of it for recycling.
