Forced reset your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and Side Button (together, about 10 second) until the Apple logo appears, then release and let the watch restart. That should eliminate any software glitches.

If the problem persists it could be a hardware problem, Contact Support to get the watch checked and arrange service.
