Apple Watch Series 4 Battery Won't Hold Charge

I have a 6 month Apple Watch Series 4 that suddenly broke. It took about 12 hours for it to charge to 100% and about 1 hour for it to drop its battery from 100%-70%. I have reset it multiple times, re paired it and set it up as a new watch as well. I am hoping under warranty I am able to have this fixed?
