I hava a i phone 7plus.... this device purchased from KSA....

I am try to download FaceTime...

But they showing....

This app requires specific features not available On this device...

But notification settings can see FaceTime app icon....

What country are you in? FaceTime is not available in all countries. From the article below.

Make sure that your device supports FaceTime. FaceTime isn’t available or might not appear on some iPhones and iPads purchased or used in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and United Arab Emirates, including Dubai. However, with iOS 11.3 or later, FaceTime is available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in Saudi Arabia.
