Storage and mail

I’m not receiving emails that have been sent to me on my iCloud account.

my storage is full, is that the reason?

If I free up some storage or upgrade my storage will i start receiving the mail I haven’t been receiving?

Email Recently, my iCloud storage was used up and I couldn’t receive emails. I deleted a lot of emails that are still in the process of actually deleting. I also upgraded my iCloud storage in order to receive emails on my iCloud email. I don’t know if it’s glitching from all the emails I deleted, but I still am not receiving anything.

Yes, your icloud storage includes storing your icloud email, so if your storage is full, your email will be effectively frozen. So freeing up iCloud space or subscribing for more will fix that.
