I HVAE AN ISSUE THAT I HAVE FORGOT MY PASSCODE TO UNLOCK MY IPHONE, WILL U PLEASE HELP ME OUT ?

As the passcode is stored only on the phone Apple cannot help you to recover it. You will have to erase the phone. Please see:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
