How to unlock a disabled iPod?
My iPod touch 2nd generation is disabled. How can I unlock it without deleting something?

Disabled usually means Activation Locked or needs an iTunes reset.
This is usually a forgotten Apple ID and/or password issue. The passcode would come later in the procedure, IF a passcode was actually setup.
the reason i suggested the other article is because if their apple ID was disabled then they would need to contact apple support, but their device being disabled means that the passcode needs to be removed via itunes
Because it addresses the issue with it being disabled directly. It's not possible for a second generation iPod touch to be activation locked(due to the iOS version requirement).
