Having trouble getting photos from an old Apple ID.
Hi. I have been trying to change my email to an old email address to get old photos, but it is not letting me. Every time I put in the email it is saying not available. Can anyone help me?

If the address is an old ID, you can't change your current ID to another IDs email address. Have you tried signing in using the old ID?
