My iPhone was stolen and is no longer on "Find My iPhone" on iCloud

My iPhone was stolen less than 2 hours ago. Any way to identify the thief and see where he is? It looks like my iPhone is no longer listed on "Find My iPhone"

If it longer has Find iPhone enabled on it and linked to your account, no. Contact the police and the carrier.
