Passcode not allowing me into Content and Privacy Restrictions OR to reset, AND Apple Store gone

Passcode not allowing me into Content and Privacy Restrictions OR to reset. It then locks me out of trying another passcode for 60 mins!!! I've tried every passcode that I would have and none of them are correct - apparently! what is going on?

I'm sure it's something to do with the ipad being my sons (used under family sharing). I went into Content and Privacy Restrictions under his name and the passcode worked but it won't work on the main (my) Content and Privacy Restrictions!

This is driving me insane as I'm probably going to have to into a store to get this fixed! (which i don't have time for)

Any help would be great.

You'll have to erase the device using iTunes to get past this. Follow the directions in this link EXACTLY: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Yes, it has to do with you letting your son set a screen time passcode on his device. The code should have been set by you, so he can't change it. Only you should know the code.
