Storage upgrades
I can’t upgrade my storage,please help

What's happening when you try to upgrade your iCloud storage?
On your iPhone, can you open settings > Tap on your name at the top > Tap on iCloud > Manage Storage > Change Storage Plan or Buy Storage.
Should go to a screen with the different storage options and prices for you to tap on and then tap on buy.
