I just restored my macbook air and while reinstalling new mac os my mac get switched off now an error occurred whenever i switch on my mac which is apple..com/support-2002. Kindly tell me that how can i fix it?

If you attempted to upgrade with your MacBook Air (MBA) connected by wireless. Try using an Ethernet connection, and then, boot up in Recovery Mode to re-install macOS.
