I need to know how to update my payment info in order to upgrade my storage that debit card in cancelled.

On a computer, iTunes menu 'Account'>' View my account', sign in, next to 'Payment details' click 'Edit'. change the details as required and click 'Done' (bottom right, usually off-screen).
