Garageband Extra Content

I have downloaded 1.4 g of extra content and installed it. But I don't know where it is or how to get it to where I can use it. I have an old tower useing 10.10.5. Garage band is '11 (6.05). I opened a new project in GB and was hoping to find a bunch of new MIDI instruments, but it's just the same old stuff. Browsed through loops and they, too, were not augmented. What do I need to do? Anybody got some advice I can use I would truly appreciate the help. Thanks

Also possible location that you can try:

  • Select your system drive in the Finder and open a Finder window.
  • Open the "Library" folder.
  • In the Library folder open the "Application Support" folder.
  • Look for "GarageBand".
