When I try to buy something it tells me to contact u I’m trying to buy something in the game I have over 100$ on my acc and it coasts 100$ I have only a hour left to get it plz

It doesn't tell you to contact anyone on these user forums, you are presumably being told to contact iTunes Support. To do as instructed :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
