I have an iPhone X. tow days ago I dropped my phone to my pool. I took it to Laboratory and The phone is working but the Face ID not. Can I I don’t know what is the problem(the camera, part of my phone I don’t know..) can I fix it? Or I have to buy another phone?

See this for troubleshooting Face ID, If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support Water damage is not covered under warranty, so if the Face ID camera cannot be fixed, then you would either have to purchase an out of warranty replacement, or a new phone.
