I just got my phone repaired and my Face ID wasn’t working so I reset it. Now when I try to set it up, it says try again later

If the issue still persists (try many times at different hours), take it back to the repairer.

Yes, the repair was made by Apple
Take it back again and request that fix it correctly this time.
Will it be free? Because the repairs are a bit pricy to keep going back.
